
This program comprises a workshop, coupled with a suite of tools, that enable organisations to assess whether individuals—such as job applicants or existing staff—are humble rather than conceited, entitled, and narcissistic. These measures and techniques could inform decisions about
- which job applicants should be selected,
- which staff should be granted leadership positions or other promotions,
- which development opportunities each staff member should complete.
