Radical humility for teams

This program comprises a series of about 50 exercises that teams may complete over time to foster a culture of humility, trust, and collaboration.  Specifically

• team leaders or facilitators may utilise this resource to facilitate the program,
• or team leaders or facilitators can receive training on how to facilitate this program,
• the program can be completed within about 15 to 20 hours—although even teams that dedicate only 1 to 2 hours to this endeavour can benefit significantly.
